During these uncertain times of Covid-19, many people are hesitant to reach out for mental health support due to fear and anxiety about exposure to the virus.  Yet, this time of isolation causes increased challenges to those most in need.  We are willing to work with clients to participate in telehealth care and will support you through the process.
